Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the size of your order and the courier used.

Product availability is displayed on each product page. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable or your order is delayed, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. If we're unable to fulfil your order, you'll be offered a full refund for the affected items.

The availability of goods is stated for each product. However, in the case of a hedging transaction carried out at the customer's request, it is subject to the condition of timely self-supply. In such a case, we will inform you immediately upon learning of the delaying circumstances. In the event of contract termination, you will receive a refund of any payments already made.
