Sweep seal with hollow chamber

The sweep seal with a hollow chamber is a flexible solution for keeping water inside your shower enclosure. Designed for glass shower doors measuring 4–8 mm thick, its soft, compressible sealing section helps close the gap between the bottom of the glass door and the shower tray or floor, reducing splashes and unwanted water leakage.

The key feature of this shower door seal is its hollow chamber design. Unlike a conventional flat sealing fin, the soft chamber compresses when it comes into contact with the shower tray or floor. This allows the seal to adapt to the contact surface, helping to create an effective barrier against escaping water.

The shower seal combines two types of PVC for both stability and flexibility. The rigid upper section grips the glass securely, while the softer hollow chamber forms the sealing surface. Its transparent finish blends discreetly with your glass shower enclosure, maintaining a clean, unobtrusive appearance that complements modern frameless shower doors.

Easy installation

The 100cm length is suitable for narrower shower doors, while the 200cm length is ideal for wider doors or applications requiring a customized length. Both versions can easily be cut to size using suitable tools, such as mitre shears or a fine-toothed saw.

Cleaning and maintenance

Regular cleaning helps maintain the flexibility and appearance of your clear PVC shower seal. Simply wipe it with warm water and a soft microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaning products, bleach, solvents and strongly alkaline cleaners, as these may damage the material over time.
