Pre-curved sweep seal with trimmable sealing lip

This lip seal is a horizontal, pre-curved shower seal which was specially designed for shower doors of round or quadrant showers with a radius of 500-550 mm and a glass thickness of 6-8 mm.

The sealing profile features a glass insertion made of transparent-clear rigid PVC and sealing lips made of textured soft PVC. The sweep seal has a particularly long dimension of 20 mm, whereby even large gap widths of up to 2 cm can be reliably sealed. The special feature of this sealing lip is the pre-embossed line at 3mm and 15mm, so that you can easily trim your sealing lip at these markings to the dimension you require.

Due to the textured soft lip, the sweep seal exhibits improved sliding behaviour and ensures that no water escapes to the outside. It blends inconspicuously into the appearance of your elegant all-glass shower.

These extremely durable profiles are manufactured from two different PVC thicknesses – a rigid and a soft component – in a transparent-clear finish. Each profile ensures a reliable and tight seal and visually blends perfectly into your bathroom.

This profile has a total length (measured with curvature) of 118 cm. The seal begins at both ends with a straight section of approx. 19 cm. Further technical data for this shower seal can be found in the product images.

Care tip: The sweep seal should only be cleaned with chlorine-free, non-alkaline cleaning agents. Avoid using abrasive cleaners and solvents to maintain the longevity of the material and to preserve the transparent design and water repellency in the long term. Lukewarm water combined with soft microfibre cloths is sufficient for this.
